At Let’s Do Bonsai Ltd, we are committed to making our website accessible and easy to use for as many people as possible, regardless of ability or disability.

We want everyone to be able to browse our website, learn about our bonsai trees and products, and make purchases with confidence.

Our approach to accessibility

Our website has been created using Wix, which provides a range of built-in accessibility features and tools. We have taken steps to make our website as accessible as reasonably possible and continue to review and improve the experience for our visitors.

We aim to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, including the Level AA recommendations where reasonably practicable.

Wix provides an Accessibility Wizard which helps website owners identify potential accessibility issues, including issues relating to page structure, headings, alternative text, keyboard navigation, colour contrast and other accessibility features.

What we have done

Where applicable, we have worked to ensure that our website:

• Uses clear and understandable language.

• Uses appropriate headings and page structures.

• Provides alternative text for important images.

• Uses clear and readable text.

• Provides sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds.

• Allows visitors to navigate interactive elements using a keyboard.

• Uses clear and descriptive links and buttons.

• Provides a consistent navigation experience throughout the website.

• Avoids unnecessary or excessive animation and movement where possible.

• Is designed to work with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies.

• Can be viewed on different screen sizes, including mobile devices and tablets.

Accessibility limitations

Although we make every reasonable effort to ensure that our website is accessible, some parts of the website may not be fully accessible to every visitor.

Some accessibility features and functionality are provided by third-party services, including Wix and any other services or applications integrated into our website. We cannot guarantee that all third-party content or functionality will meet every accessibility requirement.

We will continue to review our website and make improvements where accessibility issues are identified.
